Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef, chicken or turkey
    1 large diced onion
    1 pkg. chili seasoning
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
    4 c. instant brown rice
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions in saucepan and drain.
    Put in a cooker. Add all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
