Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shrimp or crawfish
    3 sticks margarine
    3 onions, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pt. half and half
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    3 pods garlic or 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 c. flour
    1 lb. fettucini noodles
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions, bell pepper and celery in margarine.
    Add parsley, garlic and shrimp or crawfish.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add flour, cream and cheese; simmer 30 minutes.
    Boil and drain pasta while mixture is simmering.
    Add pasta to mixture and pour into casserole.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
