Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chopped pimentos
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    1 carton sour cream
    5 1/2 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onion; salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix together in a very large mixing bowl the soups, pimentos, corn and sour cream; rinse soup cans with small amount of water and add to browned meat.
    Cook noodles; drain and add to mixture.
    Butter casserole; pour in mixture.
    Top with cracker crumbs and butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes a bunch.
