Spinach Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped spinach, washed and drained
    1 c. toasted soft bread crumbs
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    hard-cooked egg yolk, sieved
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except egg yolk, and blend thoroughly.
    Turn into a buttered 5 x 8-inch loaf pan. Set in a larger pan with 1-inch warm water and bake for about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    When done, let cool for a few minutes and then turn out on a heated platter.
    Sprinkle with hard-cooked egg. Slice and serve.
