Italian Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. potatoes
2 Tbsp. rosemary (fresh)
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
pepper
1/4 stick margarine
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Peel, wash and dry potatoes thoroughly and cut into quarters. Dry potatoes again after cutting.
Melt margarine and shortening together in pan.
Mix pepper, rosemary and garlic and sprinkle over potatoes.
Baste potatoes with margarine and shortening and mix well.
Place 2 tablespoons shortening on flat baking pan and allow to melt in oven evenly.
Take out the hot pan and place cold potatoes, spaced apart, onto the pan.
Place pan in 350\u00b0 oven and bake 60 to 90 minutes or when potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Serves 6.
