Wiener-Kraut Bake(Low Calorie - 210 Calories) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and cut
2/3 c. vegetable juice cocktail
2 tsp. onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
4 frankfurters
1 green pepper, sliced in rings
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine sauerkraut, vegetable juice, onion and mustard and place in casserole.
Place frankfurters on top of sauerkraut mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Top with green pepper rings and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 4.
