Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Secrets onion mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In baking pan, blend all ingredients except potatoes.
    Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
    Bake, stirring potatoes occasionally, 60 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
    Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
    Makes 8 servings.
