Green Beans And Chourico - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 oz. chourico (hot Portuguese sausage)
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. peeled, seeded and chopped plum tomatoes (about 8)
1/2 c. wine (red or white)
6 c. fresh green beans, cut in 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 bay leaf
salt and coarsely ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

In large Teflon coated frypan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cook chourico sausage, onion and garlic until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are softened and begin to brown. Remove chourico and set aside.
