Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, cut up chicken chunks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. sliced toasted almonds
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 tsp. finely minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Combine all except cheese, almonds and potato chips.
    Place in a large rectangular dish.
    Top with cheese first, then potato chips and almonds.
    Let stand overnight in refrigearator.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Great for a luncheon.
