Hearty Chef'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 tomato, cut up
    1/2 c. diced cucumbers
    1/2 c. French dressing
    1/2 lb. cooked ham or chicken
    cheese strips
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
Preparation
    Break lettuce into bowl.
    Add remaining vegetables.
    Toss well with dressing.
    Cut meat into strips.
    Top lettuce mixture with meat, cheese strips and eggs.
    Serve with extra dressing.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
