Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes (can substitute bread crumbs)
Preparation
    I usually take all skin and fat off chicken.
    Dip chicken in melted butter, then shake in a bag containing crushed corn flakes and seasonings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 13 x 9-inch pan for 50 minutes or until done.
