Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (qt. size) sweet potato, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. canned cream
    1 small can coconut
    miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix potato, vanilla, egg and brown sugar together with enough cream to make a good mixture.
    Add coconut and mix well.
    Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows.
    Return to oven to brown.
