Low-Fat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. applesauce
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
10 oz. carrots (2 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Mix eggs and sugar.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake in 9-inch cake pan or muffin pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
