Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    32 oz. thick spicy spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
    3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded yellow cheese (mild Cheddar)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Drain off fat.
    Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt and sugar and simmer several minutes in a 13 3/4 x 8 1/2-inch pan.
    Layer 1/3 of the sauce and 1/2 of the uncooked noodles.
    Add 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1/3 cup of Mozzarella and mild Cheddar cheese.
    Repeat layers, ending with sauce and remaining Mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven.
