Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb
    2 c. pineapple juice
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Add pineapple juice to rhubarb and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add gelatin.
    Stir to dissolve and cool.
    Add apples and nuts.
    Pour into a 2-quart mold and chill.
