Creamy Enchiladas(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    2 c. grated cheese (1/2 Jack, 1/2 Cheddar)
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 small can chopped olives
    12 snack flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix together soup, chilies, 1 cup cheese and sour cream in a saucepan and heat until cheese is melted. Using 1/2 of the soup mixture, spoon soup and ground beef into snack size tortillas. Roll up tortillas and place side by side in long pan with 2-inch sides.
    Pour remaining soup mixture over top and sprinkle with rest of cheese. Top with olives.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
