Scalloped Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. liquid drained from beans
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. cheese, finely cut
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 pt. canned or leftover beans
    1/4 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Add flour and blend well.
    Add milk slowly and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add liquid from beans, mustard and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Put alternate layers of beans and sauce into a well-greased uncovered casserole; top with buttered crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
