Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. uncooked quick oatmeal
    1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 extra large eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oleo and oatmeal.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Stir until oleo melts; add sugars and eggs.
    Mix well. Continue mixing as sifted flour, soda and salt are added.
    Stir in the cocoa and 1/2 of the package of chocolate chips.
    Pour in greased pan.
    Sprinkle nuts and remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
