Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. dried onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1/2 to 3/4 lb. very thin noodles
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
6 c. milk
Preparation

Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large kettle.
Add onions, garlic powder and celery salt.
Add cut up broccoli and cook until fork-tender.
Then add noodles and cook until done.
Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
Add milk and gently heat to serving temperature.
This soup freezes well and reheats in the microwave very well.
