Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Idaho potatoes (as many as you want to serve)
    white sweet onions (as many as the potatoes)
    butter
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Slice across the top crosswise.
    Be sure not to cut all the way through.
    Slice onions very thin.
    Take a slice of onion and put one in each slit of the potato.
    Melt butter and dribble over the top.
    Wrap up in foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Serve as a meal or with your favorite meal.
