Home-Cured Ham Baked In Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    center slice of ham (2-inches thick)
    1 c. milk or enough to barely cover ham
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Grease a large flat casserole.
    Mix mustard and sugar together. Spread over ham.
    Place meat in the casserole and add enough milk to cover.
    Bake until milk has reduced in volume and ham has browned lightly, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
