Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    whipped topping and nuts (optional)
    9-inch unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine filling ingredients, mixing well. Pour into pie crust and bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool pies down and garnish with whipped topping and nuts.
