Sausage Rice Casserole(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 c. diced celery
    2 c. diced onions
    3 1/2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup with chicken pieces
    1/2 c. rice
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Brown, drain and rinse sausage.
    Saute celery and onion in small amount of butter.
    Combine boiling water, chicken noodle soup and 1/2 cup of rice and boil for 7 minutes.
    Combine soup mixture with sausage, onion and celery.
    Bake in casserole for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
