Chalupa Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) refried beans
1 (9 oz.) bean dip
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. picante sauce
3 large avocados, mashed
salt and pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cheese, grated
1 large tomato
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 large green onions
black or green olives
tortilla chips
Preparation

Mix together refried beans and bean dip.
Spread on 9 x 12-inch glass serving or baking dish.
Then mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and picante sauce and spread over beans.
Next, mix avocados, salt, pepper and lemon juice and spread over sour cream layer.
Then sprinkle grated cheese over avocados.
Layer tomatoes, lettuce and onions over grated cheese.
If desired, spread more cheese over lettuce and tomato layer.
Top with sliced olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
