Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can pink salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. thick white sauce
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation
    Drain salmon and flake coarsely.
    Add white sauce and lemon juice and mix thoroughly.
    Cool and shape into croquettes; roll in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Package in moisture-vapor proof material and freeze.
