Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced ham
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. paprika
6 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cream
Preparation

Spread chicken breasts flat.
Fold cheese and ham slices to fit on top.
Fold and fasten with toothpicks.
Mix flour and paprika.
Coat chicken pieces.
In skillet over medium high heat in hot butter cook chicken until browned on all sides.
Add wine and bouillon.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
Remove toothpicks.
Blend cornstarch and cream until smooth.
Gradually stir into skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Pour over chicken.
