Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 eggs
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze out liquid
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter; set aside.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl; add stuffing mix, spinach, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and onions. Form into balls and roll in remaining cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
