Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 small can pineapple slices
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. white sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar and butter.
    Pour in bottom of cake pan. Place pineapple slices in this mixture.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Mix butter, white sugar, egg and vanilla together.
    Alternately mix flour mixture and milk into egg mixture.
    Pour carefully on top of sauce already in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake is done.
    Remove from oven and turn over on cake serving dish.
    Let cool.
    A round 9-inch pan is good to use.
