Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. minced onion
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
salt to taste
Preparation

Let cheese get to room temperature before making mixture. Make mixture with 1 cup of pecans, using 1 1/2 cups to roll cheese ball in.
This will make 2 cheese balls.
