Chipped Ham Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil or Crisco
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. chipped ham
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil until transparent; add remaining ingredients and cook on low 30 to 45 minutes, stirring often.
    You can also double this and cook in crock-pot on low for 3 to 4 hours.
    (You can adjust sugar or vinegar to taste; I like a little more sugar and brown sugar, too.)
