Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) crust
    1/2 can coconut
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. milk
    1 c. (light) coffee cream
    2 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk and cream.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt; mix.
    Add to milk and cook 15 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add egg yolks and cook 1 minute.
    Cool.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Pour filling into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
