Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. navy beans
    8 c. water
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, sliced
    1 c. carrots, chopped
    1/4 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1/4 c. parsley, minced
    1 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 c. potatoes, diced
    2 chicken bouillon cubes (Knorr)
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 can garbanzo beans, drained
    1/4 c. small elbow macaroni
    1 c. zucchini, sliced
    salt, pepper, oregano and basil to taste
Preparation
    Soak beans in water in large pot overnight.
    Bring to boil and then simmer 1 hour.
    Heat oils in large saucepan and saute next 6 ingredients until limp.
    Add to cooked beans.
    Add next four ingredients and seasonings to soup.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add garbanzo beans, macaroni and zucchini slices. Simmer another 30 minutes.
