your favorite meat loaf mixture
ham slices
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Make your favorite meat loaf mixture and pat it out on wax paper; top with ham slices and Mozzarella cheese (diced cheese). Roll up like jelly roll with seam on bottom.
Put in baking dish or pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes; then take out of oven, sprinkle top of meat loaf with Mozzarella cheese and put back in oven to melt cheese.
Let stand 5 minutes, then slice. This also makes a good sandwich when room temperature.
