Kentucky Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter
    2/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. bourbon whiskey
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar. Beat eggs in milk and add gradually to dry mixture. Add melted butter and blend. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for three minutes. Immediately turn down to 350\u00b0 and bake for 50 minutes more.
