Sesame Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. reduced-calorie Russian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, cooked shrimp, thawed
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Combine dressing, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder in mixing bowl.
    Add shrimp, stirring to coat.
    Set aside.
    In medium skillet, heat about 1/2 cup water to boiling over medium-high heat.
    Add vegetables.
    Cover and steam for 3 minutes. Add shrimp.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    Cook, uncovered, 3 to 5 minutes, until shrimp are warm and vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain off any excess water.
    Top with sesame seed.
    Serves 4.
