Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
    1/2 c. fresh mint leaves
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
    1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
    1 c. red onion slices
    1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Blanch green beans 4 to 5 minutes; chill. Chop mint leaves. Add to green beans and set aside. Combine oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic. Add walnuts, red onion and feta cheese to beans. Pour dressing over bean mixture and toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
