Company Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up frying chicken
    1 cube margarine
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt cube of butter in large iron skillet.
    Place flour, salt, pepper and chicken in large grocery sack and shake until chicken is coated completely.
    Place chicken in large iron skillet with margarine.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0. Turn chicken one time and bake another 30 minutes.
    Chicken will be crispy and golden brown.
    Drippings left in skillet make excellent gravy.
    Also, chicken will not brown right unless you use an iron skillet.
