Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. water
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. white corn syrup

Preparation

Mix in top of double boiler the egg whites, sugar, water, salt and syrup.
Place over boiling water and beat for 7 minutes; remove from heat.
Add vanilla and beat 1 minute longer.
