Touchdown Roast Beef Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
12 oz. finely chopped, cooked beef
2 green onions, finely chopped
party rye or pumpernickel bread or rye crackers
Preparation

In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Fold in beef, radishes and green onion.
Cover and chill mixture several hours or overnight.
Serve with bread or crackers.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
