Easy Processor Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. cold butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
    Add flour and butter.
    Top with cover and process, pulsing 6 to 7 times, until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    With processor running, slowly add buttermilk through food chute until the dough forms a ball, leaving sides of bowl.
