Steak Cantonese And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    2 medium green peppers (in strips)
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    3 c. hot cooked rice, cook in beef bouillon
Preparation
    Slice meat into thin strips, cutting diagonally across the grain.
    Brown steak in oil over high heat.
    Reduce heat.
    Stir in tomatoes, green peppers, soy sauce and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Blend in cornstarch.
    Serve over rice.
