Potato-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. peeled potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrot
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 packet low-sodium instant chicken broth mix
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    4 1/2 oz. pasteurized processed cheese spread
    1 oz. diced ham
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, broccoli, celery, carrot, onion, parsley, broth mix, pepper and 1 cup water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
