Florida Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops and put into shallow baking dish. Combine other ingredients and pour over chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; baste every 15 minutes.
    If necessary, add water into pan to prevent burning.
