Turkey Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. freshly ground raw turkey
    1/2 c. long-grain rice, uncooked
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried whole marjoram
    1/4 tsp. dried whole thyme
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. warm water
    1 tsp. chicken flavor bouillon granules
    2 (8 oz.) cans no salt tomato sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Stir well. Shape into 16 (1-inch) balls.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole coated with vegetable cooking spray.
