Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. green tomatoes
    2 c. green bell peppers
    2 c. red peppers
    2 c. onions
    2 c. cucumbers
    2 c. celery
    2 c. green beans
    2 c. carrots
    2/3 c. plain salt
    3 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
    water
Preparation
    Wash and cut vegetables in small pieces.
    In a large bowl combine the tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucumbers, salt and 6 cups water.
    Let stand overnight.
    Next day, in medium saucepan, cook carrots, green beans and celery in slightly salted water until tender.
    Drain and rinse.
    Next, drain the tomato mixture and rinse it once.
