Green Salad With Dilled Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb baby shrimp, cooked and cleaned
4 c romaine and/or baby lettuce
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
3/4 c shredded or cubed jack cheese
1/4 c olive oil
1 1/2 T white wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1/2 t dill
1/4 t salt
1/8 t dry mustard
1 clove garlic, mashed and minced
dash pepper
Preparation

Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, mustard and garlic and mix well.
Pour this mixture over the shrimp and set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove from refrigerator and add lettuce and cucumber, toss well.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Serve immediately.
