Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium peppers
    1/2 c. onion
    1 lb. hamburg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    rice, if desired
Preparation
    Cut peppers and remove seeds; put in boiling water for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix ingredients.
    Fill peppers. Put in baking dish with a small amount of water.
    Cover top of peppers with tomato soup or catsup.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
