Adaline Hanover'S Salmon Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chopped green onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 pt. cooked, drained salmon
    18 crushed saltine crackers
    4 beaten eggs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute the green onions in the butter.
    Add the flour; cook and stir, but don't let get brown.
    Add the milk; stir until thick. Let cool.
    Add the salmon, crushed crackers and the beaten eggs. Taste for salt.
    Fry in patties.
