Chicken-Almond Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
4 (6-inch) pocket bread rounds
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. alfalfa sprouts
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Set aside.
Cut bread rounds in half.
Fill each half full with lettuce and alfalfa sprouts. Spoon in chicken mixture.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Yield: 8 sandwiches.
