Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sweet potatoes, peeled when cooled
1 stick butter
1/4 c. sweet milk (2%)
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell, unbaked

Preparation

Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
Put all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Beat well; do not clean beaters as they collect potato strings.
Pour into the unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until set and lightly browned.
